From 8th to 11th March 2007 over 25,000 dogs from all over the globe will be travelling to the NEC in Birmingham to compete for the ultimate accolade of Best in Show at the world's greatest dog show, Crufts.
Crufts, which is organised by the Kennel Club, attracted 143,000 visitors over the four days of the show in 2006, easily keeping this annual extravaganza's place in the Guinness Book of Records as the largest dog show in the world. Dogs representing thirty two countries competed resulting in a record number of overseas competitors, making Crufts a truly international event.
While all breeds will be on display every day in the Discover Dogs section of the Show, the breed competitions are scheduled to take place on the following days:
Thursday 8 March Gundog Group
Friday 9 March Working & Pastoral Groups
Saturday 10 March Terrier & Hound Groups
Sunday 11 March Toy & Utility Groups & BEST IN SHOW
Admission prices - daily tickets valid for any of the four days
